Bitchin' Bourbon Balls

Don't want to stop consuming bourbon, but need to eat something?  Here!






Ingredients:
12 cups crushed vanilla wafers (4 boxes)
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
4 3/4 cups chopped pecans, divided
4 1/4 cups powered sugar, divided
3 cups bourbon


Directions:
In large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Roll into balls, and roll the balls in the remaining powdered sugar and chopped pecans.


Did somebody ask you to bring a dessert to a potluck, but liquor is really more your spirit?  Whip out your favorite bourbon, and whip up a batch of these little devils.  They couldn't be simpler, you just have to remember to make the batter a day early so it has time to firm.
